 As president, Jim is consistently working to make sure
that every Kinney Construction project is managed properly. In order
to maintain the company's reputation for dependability, each job must be
completed on time and posses the highest quality of work. To assure
this, Jim and his Project Manager work closely with each tenant to assure
their satisfaction and meet their individual needs.
Jim
has years experience as a Licensed Architect and General Contractor.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1971, and received
his license to practice architecture in 1973. In 1975, he obtained his
General Contractor's License. Jim has knowledge in all phases of the
development process as a result of his employment with several
architectural firm and development companies prior to his creating his own
firm in 1977. Since then Kinney Construction has completed projects valued
from $10,000 to $1,200,000.
