
Brenda has been with Kinney Construction for twelve
years. As Vice President Brenda manages all of the operations of the
entire company, which includes Project Management, Accounting, and
Marketing.
Brenda is also
responsible for setting up all construction documents at the beginning of
each project, which includes awarding all of the subcontracts and
completing construction schedules. When necessary, Brenda obtains
finish color selections for jobs and communicates them to our
subcontractors.
At the completion of
a project, Brenda is responsible for walking through the project to
complete a Company Quality Punchlist, and preparing a Close Out Package
for our customers, which consists of a Kinney Construction Warranty
Letter, Guarantees from the subcontractors and/or manufacturers when
applicable, a Subcontractor List, a Copy of the "Final"
Inspection card, a copy of the punchlist, signed off by the customer
and/or tenant, and approved plans. In addition, Brenda receives all
warranty calls, dispatching the proper subcontractor to correct the
problem, and following up to make sure it is completed to the satisfaction
of the customer and tenant.
Brenda
has earned an Associate Arts Degree from Mt. San Antonio College in
Liberal Arts and has obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
from California State University at Fullerton.
